Fourth grade is bustling with activity, from spelling success to heartfelt chapel performances. Here's a glimpse into the vibrant learning happening this week.

Spelling and Memorization

In spelling, students are learning through an engaging method of strategic movement with Mrs. Brooks.

By vocalizing and moving while spelling, they are reinforcing their memorization and ensuring that they’re ready to excel in the next spelling test

Reading Judy Blume Books

Reading time has been extra special as students dive into “Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing” by Judy Blume.

By reading together and aloud, they are strengthening their pronunciation, fluency, and confidence.

Performing in Chapel

Fourth grade had the honor of performing in chapel this week. Under the direction of Mrs. Calabro, they sang "Days of Elijah" by Robin Mark. What a blessing!

Students have opportunities throughout the year to perform on stage. Brookstone is represented by so much talent and worshipful expression.
