Jai’Eisha Durant holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, a Master’s in Education Administration, and a Doctorate in Higher Education Administration from Liberty University. She has had a lifelong passion for education and is deeply committed to creating a learning environment where all students feel capable, confident, and empowered. She finds great joy in helping children recognize their potential and use their knowledge as a foundation for achieving their goals in life.
